Service Policies

The service policies are to make the Institution available to any Mexican citizen or, where appropriate, foreigner who requires intervention and assistance in accordance with the social purpose for which the Salva Una Sonrisa AC Foundation was created.

a) You can contact us directly through our telephone lines, where trained personnel will assist you immediately and kindly to personally direct your care and follow up on your needs.

b) You can also do so through any Hospital or Sanatorium or any other Health Institution with which we are linked.

c) Another way is to contact us through the Department or the Social Service Directorate of the Hospital Unit.

d) You can also visit us in person at our offices located at Nuevo Horizonte No. 16, Fracc. El Encanto, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. CP 83117
